I tried the Free Domain Web Hosting Hostpapa
It is obviously true that every we want to use any kind of low price services and even better a free domain web hosting service. People who maintain their websites are familiar with that web hosting is a very much important factor and if we plan the hosting factor all the other plans may go in vain! Only a few put this aside. On the other hand to help these business owners there are some hosting companies that provide free domain web hosting or very low cost web hosting services.
I decided to try the features of Hostpapa.com free domain web hosting company even after reading some bad reviews. I’m sorry to say that I was not satisfied at all by the web hosting package they offered. The price of this web hosting service is very attractive and much cheaper than other popular hosting packages but when I tried to use FTP to upload files for the first time, I realized that it was very slow and that the connection dropped several time which barely happen with other free domain web hosting services. Whether you realize it or not, cheap thing is not always good, good thing is not cheap.
I asked for money back as guaranteed on Hostpapa website and because the wasn’t worth the money I paid for. I contacted hostpapa.com support and after multiple attempts I chatted with someone who explained that the FTP connection dropped because of my dial-up! I’m on a 12Mb cable network and I never had a single FTP connection dropping on me with my other free domain web hosting services. I also asked to make a few change to my plan but that wasn’t possible and I had to purchase an additional hosting plan. After 40 minutes fighting, I got back my money, thanks god!
